I wrote a while ago about Christina Aguilera’s video that had pet play with a touch of latex fetish in it. Well, I guess that there is another artists who wants to play with the kinky side of things as well.
Now it’s Lady Gaga’s turn, but her video “Alejandro” isn’t as excplicit as Christina Aguilera’s. Lady Gaga’s video is a small feast to everyone that has a uniform fetish out there, nice black uniform in leather and some latex nun stuff too.

I don’t know what it is about spanish names, maybe they are erotic by default – Abba made a song after a spanish name, Lady Gaga has done it now and I am sure there are a ton of other musicians that have played with eroticism with the help of spanish names.
I don’t mind BDSM related expressions moving into the mainstream culture, but I do have a problem with it if it is only done for some kind of shock value. It is hard to have BDSM taken “seriously” if it is only used to cause reactions or thrown in other peoples faces to provoke them. One the other side; being exposed to BDSM related expressions also means that the general public will get more used to it, which tends to help some sort of acceptance.
Whether Lady Gaga is a good ambassador for BDSM and fetish things in the kink world is a different story.
